Hold for 50 seconds and then lease everything to the floor and turn your head to one side. Repeat this four more times taking a 30 seconds beak in between.
This is quite simple and you can easily manage it even if you are a beginner. Cobra pose one of the most effective yoga weight loss poses in toning the abs and firming the buttocks. It’s actually very good for those who want to lose the stubborn abdominal muscles.
How to-start by lying on the floor face-down and position the top end of your sole against the floor. Press your hips and legs together and position your arms under your shoulders with your palms facing down and your fingers widely spread.
Press your arms lifting your chest, head and the upper body off the floor. Face forward and up while maintaining your shoulder blades back and down.
Push your shoulder back as your feel the mild tension and stretch evenly along your spinal length. Take deep breaths and then relax. Repeat this three times.
This is another very effective yoga weight loss pose when done correctly. It raises the heart rate and burns calories at the same time.
How to- stand on a flat ground with your feet slightly apart. Proceed by rotating your torso and turning your feet to the right. Keep your legs straight while hinging over to the right leg until the torso becomes parallel to the ground.
Reach your hands to the ground and touch the ground and exhale; you may use a slightly raised block if you are unable to touch the ground. Keep hinging further as you exhale and move your torso as close to the right thigh as possible. Relax for 30 seconds and repeat with the other side.
